Charitable Giving

Threads of Hope, Inc.

My sister and brother-in-law, Chris and Alex Kuhlow, operate a livelihood ministry dedicated to helping the poorest of the poor in the Philippines, where they have served as missionaries for many years. I donate a portion of Limelight Designs' profits to this very special organization.

Sales of colorful thread bracelets made by villagers in Puerto Galera, Philippines, are sold all over the world at festivals, through school fundraisers and by individuals who want to make a difference. All profits go to provide a living for the bracelet makers and make vital improvements to their community. Visit Threads of Hope's website to learn more.

I also make resin pendants with my sister's beautiful photographs and sell them on Etsy to help share the Threads of Hope story.

“Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.’ ...
"‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.’"
— Matthew 25:34-40
